    Maison Hideoki offers complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $500. In-stock items normally ship within 7 – 10 business days. However, Made-to-Order items will have varying shipping times depending on the product ordered. Please refer to the *Estimated Shipping Date for each Made-to-Order product to get a more accurate estimated shipping date.

    Your order must be confirmed by 12PM EST and UPS 3-Day Select must be selected at check-out. Shipments will normally be delivered the following three business days from the confirmed date for all in-stock items in this cart.     Your order must be confirmed by 12PM EST and UPS 2nd Day Air must be selected at check-out.     Shipping Confirmation, Tracking, and Delivery
    Once orders have been shipped, an email with shipping details, including UPS tracking number, will be emailed to the email address provided during check out. Use the link provided in the email to see updated shipping and delivery information.

    To ensure that all orders are delivered safely, Maison Hideoki requires that you, or a designated signee, be available to sign for your order upon arrival. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, UPS will leave re-delivery information. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS for redelivery or scheduling of your own pick-up from UPS. Maison Hideoki is not liable or responsible for items that could not be delivered due to signature requirements. If an item is returned to Maison Hideoki by UPS due to no signature obtained, then no returns will be allowed and re-shipping of items will be at the expense of the customer.

    Maison Hideoki does not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotel/motel addresses. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or US territories outside of North America.

    SHIPPING METHOD DISCLAIMER:

    Please anticipate an additional 2-3 days for order processing and shipment due to the current supply chain and logistical issues created by COVID-19. In addition, shipping selections cannot be changed after checkout. Email notifications are sent after orders have been shipped.

    RETURNS:


    Maison Hideoki wants you to be satisfied with your online and in-studio purchases, and we will gladly accept the return of in-stock items only that meet the following criteria:

    - Unaltered, unworn, or unwashed with the original tags attached
    - Original packaging to include the original delivery box
    - Original invoice and/or in-studio receipt

    Returns authorization requests must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery date.
    Returns authorization codes will be issued within 48 hours of request for return.
    Once your returns authorization approval code is received, products must be received back in our warehouse within 5 calendar days of issuance of returns approval code. If product is not received within the timeframe listed after issuance of the returns approval code, no return of the product will be accepted. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns.

    Again, please note that Maison Hideoki will provide online or in-studio credit for returned purchases of in-stock items only.

    Final Sales and Made-to-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
